Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Slowly stir in reserved pineapple juice; add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
    Put into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine oleo and crumbs and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes - 30.
