Ingredients

2 cans whole small beets
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 tsp. cornstarch
4 packets sugar substitute
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Drain 1 1/2 cups beet juice into medium saucepan.
Add packets of sugar substitute to beet juice; stir.
Add 6 teaspoons cornstarch to 1/2 cup water and stir until dissolved, and all lumps are gone.
Pour cornstarch mixture into beet juice.
Cook on medium-high until beet mixture boils and gets thickened.
Add cinnamon and stir until mixed thoroughly.
Add drained beets and stir until heated through.
