Egg Sausage Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    18 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Cook and stir sausage until done; drain.
    Place sausage in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Beat eggs and milk; mix in cheese.
    Pour mixture over sausage; sprinkle with croutons.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour (until clean knife inserted into center comes out clean).
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve.
