Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    8 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
