Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
7 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted
2 (8-inch) frozen pie crusts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put all ingredients in blender and mix well.
Pour into pie shells and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top of the pie has puffed up like a souffle.
Center will still be shaky when pie is taken from oven.
Do not overbake.
