Beef And Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen potato rounds
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of an 8 x 12-inch casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Combine browned ground beef, broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and chopped tomato. Place on top of potatoes. Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings.
    Pour over beef mixture. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    (You can substitute frozen peas instead of the broccoli.)
