Microwave Beef Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size green peppers
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers and remove seeds.
    Wash peppers. Combine egg, 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
    Stuff peppers with meat mixture and place peppers in a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes giving dish a half turn after 6 minutes.
    Spoon a small amount of remaining spaghetti sauce over tops of peppers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Heat remaining spaghetti sauce and serve with peppers.
    Serves 4.
