Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 Tbsp. butter
 
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
- 
                            Mix butter, flour and salt in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
 
Stir in milk. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thick.
Add cheese and stir until smooth.
