Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large or 4 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    3 Tbsp. dry tapioca
    1 c. apple juice (no sugar added)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, add tapioca and apple juice to apples.
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Remove from heat and add cinnamon and vanilla.
    Place in unbaked pie shell.
    Make lattice strips from pie dough to place over top.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until crust is brown.
