Shrimp Portofino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    pinch of thyme leaves
    1 lb. large or jumbo shrimp, shelled or deveined
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
    1 c. white wine
    2 c. chicken stock
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. angel hair pasta
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute butter, garlic and thyme with shrimp and broccoli until shrimp are half cooked and garlic just beginning to brown.
    Add white wine and chicken stock and let simmer.
