Mexican Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 tsp. garlic powder or onion, chopped fine
    1 small can creamed corn (yellow or white)
    2 eggs
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together as you would corn bread.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0.
    Will make 2 skillets of bread.
