Mexican Party Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
1 long loaf rye or vienna bread
    1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can chopped mild chili peppers (El Paso)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar dried beef
    1 tsp. minced onion (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Slice top off the loaf of bread.
Hollow inside and break into pieces to dip later.
Mix together sour cream, cream cheese, chili peppers, Cheddar cheese and dried beef (cut into pieces).
Pour this filling into hollowed out bread.
Put sliced top back on and wrap in foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can rinse the dried beef to take off some of the salt.
Dry well and then proceed. You can also add, if you wish, minced onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
