Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles, diced
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine cheese, chiles, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Heat oil and fry each tortilla for a few seconds.
    Keep them limp, as overfrying wil make them hard.
    Drain tortillas on paper towels.
