Ethella'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs
    salt
    pepper
    onion (1 small)
    10 to 12 crackers
    milk (about 1 c.)
    other seasonings (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan, rounding edges of the mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Drain off fat once meat loaf is done.
