Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Shake all ingredients in plastic bag until potatoes are coated evenly.
Place on shallow roasting pan.
Stir occasionally until golden brown in a 450\u00b0 oven.
