Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until the mixture resembles cornmeal.
    Add 3 tablespoons cold water.
    Stir quickly with a fork until dough leaves the side of the bowl.
    Roll dough into a ball. Roll between waxed paper or roll on floured board.
    Roll until 1 inch larger than the pie plate all the way around.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
