Parmesan Potato Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Russet potatoes
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters.
Cut each quarter into three strips.
In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Roll potato strips in melted butter, then in bread crumb mixture.
Place in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Pour any remaining butter over potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
Makes 6 servings.
