Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. dry pinto or kidney beans
    2 c. water
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 lb. browned ground chuck
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Soak dry beans in water overnight.
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot in order listed.
    Stir once.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high 5 to 6 hours; only if canned beans are used). When using canned beans (2 one pound cans), drain liquid.
