Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    celery seed
    celery salt
    pepper
    2 1/2 oz. Pet milk
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil 10 minutes in a Dutch oven.
    Drain. Dice potatoes; add onions, celery, celery seed, celery salt and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate.
