Easy Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. bag egg noodles
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet.
    Add beef cubes to meat and onions.
    Then add mushrooms, sliced.
    Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together in separate bowl.
    Add soup mixture last.
    Simmer on low heat while noodles are cooking.
    Serve Hamburger Stroganoff over hot noodles with a green salad and hot rolls.
