Harvest Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apple butter
    1 c. pumpkin (frozen, fresh or canned)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs, unbeaten
    1 c. light cream, scalded until hot
    9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Preparation
    Combine apple butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and spices; add eggs and beat well.
    Gradually add cream and mix thoroughly. Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
