No Crust Coconut Pie(Makes Two 8-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 greased 8-inch pie plates. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
