Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour, spooned lightly in cup
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening (lard, margarine or Crisco)
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large egg
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients, then cut in shortening.
Beat water, vinegar and egg together and add to other ingredients until moist.
