String Beans With Lemon(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    juice of half a lemon
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. lemon zest
Preparation
    Rinse the beans and drain them.
    Put them into a saucepan with water to cover and salt to taste.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes or until tender, but a trifle firm.
    Drain the beans and return them to the hot saucepan.
    Add the butter and sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley and pepper.
    Toss.
    Sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve hot.
