Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. melted butter
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
Stir until dissolved.
Add butter, sugar and egg.
Stir until well blended.
Gradually add flour, mixing well after each addition.
Continue beating until well blended.
Spoon into greased muffin pan, about 1/2 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Makes 18 to 24 rolls.
