Shrimp Traviata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium shrimp
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sherry
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp, cutting down back to butterfly.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Mix bread crumbs and seasonings together.
    Dip shrimp in egg wash then in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Melt butter in saute pan.
    Saute shrimp until brown.
    Remove to warm platter.
    Add sherry and lemon juice to pan and stir with wooden spoon to deglaze pan.
    Cook down slightly, then pour over shrimp.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 2.
