Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    24 oz. Ricotta
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    16 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    16 oz. sliced Mozzarella
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 c. grated celery
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. grated onion
    Italian seasoning
    basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese, eggs, Ricotta, parsley, basil, Romano, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, spinach and carrot.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
