Shrimp Or Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    2 c. raw rice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sweet pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Saute onions, sweet pepper and celery in oleo until wilted. Add soup and shrimp.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add raw rice, Ro-Tel, Worcestershire sauce, salt, green onion and parsley. Pour in large casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir after 30 minutes.
