Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. flour
2 c. warm milk
1 c. water (warm)
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. shortening
3 pkg. dry yeast or 1 cake yeast
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
Then add your yeast to warm water (stir; let set).
Then add milk and yeast mixture to first ingredients.
Add flour and knead.
Put in greased bowl and let it rise double in size, then mix into roll. Let rise and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or make pizza shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
