Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery slices
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
dash of pepper
mayonnaise
tomato slices
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 of cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings and enough mayonnaise to moisten; mix lightly.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with combined remaining cheese and chips.
Continue baking until cheese is melted.
Yields 6 servings.
