Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)
1 (7 oz.) box precooked rice or 2 c.
Preparation

Cook celery, onion and mushrooms in margarine until golden. Combine soup, water and Cheez Whiz.
Thaw broccoli or cook slightly with celery and onion (if pieces are large).
Prepare rice and set aside.
