Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mackerel fillets
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    butter to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange fillets in greased baking dish.
    Cover with milk; dot with butter.
    Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve with lemon, butter or parsley, if desired.
