Dishpan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Minute oats
    2 c. coconut (optional)
    5 c. cornflakes (not crushed)
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream sugars, oil and eggs.
    Stir in baking soda and powder, salt, flour, oats, coconut, cornflakes, chocolate chips, raisins and nuts; mix well.
    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for soft cookies; bake for 10 to 12 minutes for crunchy cookies.
