Chunky Brownies With A Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold margarine or butter
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) bar milk chocolate candy, broken into small chunks
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour and sugar. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Press firmly on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
