Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen green peas
    2 c. chopped celery
    12 green onions, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 lb. sliced bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except bacon and peanuts. Refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, add bacon and peanuts and mix.
