Easy Stew Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless stew beef
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1 bunch carrots, sliced
    6 medium onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in deep casserole.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
