Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs, beaten after each egg
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients, beating after each egg.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 4 layer pans or 1 tube pan for 1 hour.
