Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped or 1 1/2 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 c. cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and butter; add cabbage.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. After cabbage is cooked, add pimientos and soup; stir together. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
