Ella'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until foamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Sift flour and all other dry ingredients; add to other mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in two well-prepared loaf pans.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 325\u00b0.
