Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. plain flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    confectioners sugar
    salad oil
Preparation
    In a
    12-inch
    skillet\tover
    medium
    heat,
    heat about 3/4-inch oil to 325\u00b0.
    In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork, mix flour
    and\tnext
    5 ingredients.
    Holding a narrow-spouted funnel, close
    spout
    with finger;
    pour about 1/2 cup batter into funnel.
    Remove finger to let batter run out in a stream while making
    a 6-inch (diameter) spiral.
    Fry 3 to 5 minutes until golden
    brown,
    turning
    once.
    Drain
    on paper towels. Sprinkle or sift with confectioners sugar.
