Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    10 oz. tiny frozen peas
    1 bunch green onions, cut finely
    1 pkg. Italian dressing mix, mixed with 1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in large bowl.
    Sprinkle on dry dressing. Spread with mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate overnight covered tightly. Just before serving, mix well.
