Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. spinach
    8 to 10 medium mushrooms, sliced
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola or Blue cheese
    1/2 c. roasted and salted sunflower seeds
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped basil leaves or 2 1/2 tsp. dry basil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil or salad oil
Preparation
    Salad can be assembled ahead and chilled to keep crisp.
    Then add dressing and seeds just before serving.
