Round Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well, pour over steak. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or longer.
    Grill or boil to desired doneness.
    To serve, cut in strips against the grain.
    Yields 8 portions.
