Orange Butter Cake And Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
