Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded hash browns, thawed
    1/3 c. oleo, melted
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. cooked ham
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture.
    Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
    Drizzle with oleo.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Combine ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.
    In small bowl, beat eggs and milk.
    Pour over all.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6.
