Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can English peas
    6 oz. cheese
    3 Tbsp. salad dressing
    1 small can pimento (optional)
    2 stalks celery (optional)
Preparation
    Drain peas and chip cheese, pimento and celery into pieces. Add salad dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix gently and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
