Chad'S Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 pork chops
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    salt and pepper
    1 c. non-instant rice
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Choose a casserole dish large enough to hold the chops in 1 layer.
    Melt butter in pan.
    Arrange chops.
    Sprinkle with soup mix.
    Add cooked rice.
    Mix catsup and Worcestershire with hot water and pour over rice and chops.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover and bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add 1/2 cup more water if it becomes too dry.
    Serves 6.
