German Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (only butter)
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. flour (sift 3 times)
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

All ingredients must be at room temperature.
In large bowl, cream butter.
Sift 2 sugars together; add to butter.
Add unbeaten egg yolks; beat until smooth.
Mix in extracts; add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter.
Grease Bundt pan, then pour batter into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Turn cake onto dish; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
