Baked Fish(Psari Plaki Sto Fourno) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish (whole or cut)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lemon
    1 1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 lb. onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 head garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes or 1 Tbsp. tomato paste, diluted with 2 c. water
Preparation
    Clean and wash fish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Squeeze the juice of the lemon over it.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Clean the onions and slice thin; rinse with cold water.
