Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion or 3 Tbsp. dried onion
Parmesan cheese to taste (if desired)
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.
Add tomatoes and blend with flour until smooth; add seasonings.
Boil 5 minutes while stirring.
Add hot milk; simmer a few minutes. Serves 4.
Will not curdle if directions are followed.
